Sultanas

Did anyone else know that these are white grape raisins?

We were baking a cake:

D:  Next.  Eight ounces of sultanas.
Me:  Wait.  What?

He described a bag I would find in the “baking press” and when I pulled them out:

Me:  You guys don’t have the word ‘raisin’?
D:  They’re different.  They’re from white grapes.  Not red grapes.
Me:  Ya.  Raisins.
